CVC is essentially a compression cooperative.  There are currently six cooperative members, listed immediately below, which are also the only shippers at present:

  • Kansas Processing EQR, LLC

  • ACME Energy Service Inc., dba OK Gas SVC

  • Coon Creek Transmission, L.L.C.

  • Newfield Exploration Mid-Continent Inc.

  • Envirotek Fuel Systems, Inc.

  • Purgatory Creek Gas Company, LLC

  • White Hawk Gas, LLC/Wild West Gas, LLC
At present all shippers are taking IT service.  Because of its small size, CVC does not assign identification numbers or contract numbers for shippers.  As a compression service provider, CVC has but one receipt and one delivery point, which all shippers use.  All current shippers, as cooperative members, are responsible for all of CVC’s expenses, and pay them on a monthly reimbursement basis, which is essentially a negotiated rate.  At present CVC has no shippers paying the posted tariff rate for IT or FT service.
